All work is offered on-site for the list price or can also be picked up by ECS and delivered upon completion (Transportation Fee will apply). Basic Program Training	1 Hour	$89	ECS will come to your location and show you how to use a piece of software that you choose. Popular requests include: MS Word, MS Powerpoint, MS Excel.
Advanced Program Training	2 Hours	$169	ECS will come to your location and offer in-depth assistance on a piece of software that you choose.
Basic Process Training	1 Hour	$89	ECS will come to your location and show you how to accomplish a process that you choose. Popular requests include: How to burn a CD/DVD, copying files from your digital camera, and online messaging.
Advanced Process Training	2 Hours	$169	ECS will come to your location and show you how to accomplish one process of your choosing in greater detail. Popular requests include: How to burn a CD/DVD, copying files from your digital camera, and online messaging.
Data Backup (One Time)	1.5 Hours	$99	ECS will come to your location and backup your documents, pictures, emails etc. in advance of another service (ie. Operating System Installation or Restore CD Creation). Maximum total size 250GB. $5 charge per additional 10GB. Files will be restored to client PC/laptop upon completion of service. ECS does not currently backup files permanently.
Data Backup (Permanent Solution)	1 Hour	$89	ECS will come to your location and install/configure/test your backup system. From DVD driver, internal and external hard drives, to NAS (Network Attached Storage) ECS will install and configure the backup system and run one test. Hardware is available from ECS or can be provided by client. ECS does not currently backup files permanently.
Hardware Installation	1 Hour	$49	ECS will come to your location and install and test one hardware component of your choosing. Please note: Hardware is available from ECS or can be provided by client.
Home/Home Office Network Setup	1.5 Hours	$119	ECS will come to your location and configure a network on up to 3 PC's/laptops. Hardware is available from ECS or can be provided by client.
Operating System Installation	2.5 Hours	$129	ECS will come to your location and install the latest version of Microsoft Windows to meet your needs. Installation on new PC/laptop or upgrade/reinstallation on existing PC/laptop available. Software is available from ECS or can be provided by client. For upgrade/reinstallation service ECS recommends the Data Backup service. Peripheral device installation not included. All critical system updates will be installed.
Memory Upgrade Installation	.5 Hours	$29	ECS will come to your location and install the RAM memory module in your PC or laptop. Memory is available from ECS or can be provided by client.
PC Tune Up	1 Hour	$69	ECS will come to your location and complete the following: Hard Drive Defrag, Disk Error Checking, Registry Repair, Missing File Scan, Startup Inspection & Cleanup, Dust Removal.
PC Tune-Up with Virus & Spyware Removal	2.5 Hours	$129	ECS will come to your location and provide both services.
Printer Setup	.5 Hours	$49	ECS will come to your location and setup your new/existing printer including: unpacking device, installing cables and device drivers. Hardware is available from ECS or can be provided by client. Remember! Not all printers come with cables - let ECS know if you need one prior to our visit.
Restore CD Creation	1.5 Hours	$99	ECS will come to your location and create a custom restore CD for your PC/laptop. ECS will provde the cient with a copy of the CD and will also keep one on the clients behalf. Service does not include Data Backup; includes Operating System only.
Software Installation	1 Hour	$69	ECS will come to your location and install one software title of your choosing. Popular titles include, Adobe Photoshop Elements, Norton System Works, and MS Office. Software is available from ECS or can be provided by client.
Standard Computer Setup	1 Hour	$69	ECS will come to your location and setup your new or existing PC including: installation of keyboard, mouse, monitor, speakers, network/modem cables etc. ECS will also give you an introduction to your systems components and features.
Virus & Spyware Removal	1.5 Hours	Reg: $99 On Special! $89	ECS will come to your location and remove any virus and spyware that is on your PC. Many spyware programs are on your PC without your knowledge which drains your resources and slows down your computer.
Wireless Network Installation & Configuration	1.5 Hours	$119	ECS will come to your location and install and configure your wireless network. Includes setup of one router, and 1 PC/laptop wireless connection. Hardware is available from ECS or can be provided by client. Add each additional PC/Laptop to network for $29.
Add 1 PC/Laptop to Wireless Network	.5 Hours	$39	ECS will come to your location and will configure 1 PC/laptop wireless connection to a new wireless network or add it to an existing network. $29 per PC/Laptop with Wireless Network Installation & Configuration or Wireless Network Security Setup service.
Wireless Network Security Setup	1 Hours	$89	ECS will come to your location and will configure your existing wireless network security settings to ensure maximum protection from outside intrusion. Services includes, WEP settings configuration, Paraphrase creation, and PC/laptop configuration (up to 3 PC's/laptops). Add each additional PC/Laptop to network for $29.
